In the business world, two truths hover over our day: time is money, and time is fleeting like sands in an hourglass. And when it comes to getting keys made for your home, church, school, business, institution, factory, or any other number uses, not everyone has the time to run out and get keys made, especially with the lack of a guarantee that they will even work when you go to try them. That's where I come in, the LockVan (well, actually a truck now.) The main image can be changed by either replacing the current image with another one of the same size (900x402), or using a new one of what ever dimensions you'd like. If you choose the latter, you must open up style.css and change the dimensions of #mainpic, as well as the file name if that is different. If you would like to move the heading around in the above image, find "#mainpic h1" in style.css and modify it's "left" and "top" properties, this is also true for the h2 tag.
About Us
We are a small company, and while we don't carry the inventory of many of our larger, local competitors, we feel like we can hold our own! We have over 200 of the most common types of residential and commercial keys in inventory, and what we don't have, we can usually get within 12 hours through two of our local vendor's warehouses! We also carry, and have vendor access to, a number of proprietary keys - the type only carried by locksmiths. Give us a call if you have questions!
Where Are we Located?
The LockVan is mobile and gets around to where it's needed! Our company itself, Rising Son Locksmith, is located just a few blocks away from downtown Lancaster in the historic Cabbage Hill neighborhood! But don't let that concern you! We service a 30-mile radius from Lancaster, which includes Harrisburg, Lebanon, York, and Reading.

- You can't possibly carry every key in your service vehicle. How do you know what keys we will copied? Very good question! You are correct, we can't carry every possible key, but we do have rolling totes with about 10 keys of every common key and we bring those on the jobs we have scheduled. But isn't technology great? We can receive pictures by text of the keys you need copied to ensure we have the proper blanks. And if we don't have them, we'll get them!
- I need keys copied, but my copy is worn and not an original key. Can you help? In many cases, yes! I can help. We have specialized key machines that cut keys based off the original manufacturers specifications. Just be aware that if your key is too worn from age, a brand new key might not work as well as expected. We might need to talk about rekeying at that point.
